This film is an intimate look at the Vans surf team on the north shore of Hawaii during January of 2023. It’s about the cultural connections and expressions of gratitude between surfers and the local community. “Whats The Call?” explores all those special moments in between sessions and what it looks like when the right call is made.

A video made during the European QS last September in Spain and Portugal with Gaspard Larsonneur. The opportunity to enjoy a few sessions without jersey, away from the competition sites. Also present in the video, surfers like Ian Fontaine, Tristan Guilbaud and Maxime Huscenot.
