This is Mark Boyd’s go to suit for surfing the chilly Thurso waters. The generous thickness of Surflex neoprene gives superior warmth without compromising freedom. The interior is lined with a combination of Fast Dry Lining & Fireline to trap air against your skin and reduce wetsuit drying times between sessions. Furthermore, we contour tape 90% throughout the inside for a more reliable seam seal.

Soul 5/4
The high-performance Soul has ridiculous amounts of warmth and stretch. The outer nylon HPX shield is a permanent HYDROPHOBIC material designed to reduce water and weight, resulting in less wind chill. Moving to the interior you’ll find high pile “FDL” on all panels. This works by trapping still air against the skin which is ultimately the best insulator to maintain body temperature. The lining is also quick drying, allowing you to get two sessions in a day with one wetsuit. All interior seams are taped, securing a long life free of leaks.

Torch Hooded 5/4
Simplicity is the USP for the Torch. Tried and tested Surflex neoprene is combined with fully taped interior seams to create the perfect balance of durability and stretch. To add to this, we use Fireline plush lining on the torso and back keeping the core warm. The addition of wrist and ankle seals on the exterior help to prevent any flushing and as with all GBS Alder wetsuits, we use Aqua-a water based glue.
