A Goldie surfer Higor Fiuza and his pet snake (we know how this sounds) enjoyed a brief period of fame with their tandem surfing until it landed him in hot water.
It seems that that this brief 15 minutes of fame resulted in a tip off to the wildlife protection officers. Which has led the snake charmer Higor Fiuza getting a healthy fine from the Queensland’s Department of Environment and Science for breaching his permit to keep a snake and take it out in public.
