Sky Brown has won the prestigious BBC Young Sport Personality of the year. Sky became Great Britain’s youngest Olympic medallist of all time when won bronze in the women’s park skateboarding final at Tokyo at the age of 13 years and 28 days and is the youngest athlete ever to represent Team GB at a summer Games.

Sky has also openly stated her ambition to surf for the British team in future world comps. She was up against footballer Jude Bellingham and para-swimmer Ellie Challis.

Well done Sky, and to all the nominees that were shortlisted.
