Several people have pointed out the plastics bag hanging out of the calfs mouth…
Aaron Sheafor “Look at the larger of the two younger orcas, it has a plastic bag or something stuck in its mouth. At the very beginning of the vid it’s right next to the swimmer, then you can see it rubbing it’s nose into the sand trying to dislodge the bag. The smallest orca appears to be trying to help. At first I thought the mother was eyeing up the swimmer thinking maybe she was a seal to teach her kids to hunt but after watching this a few times I wonder if they were trying to get her attention to help them get whatever is stuck in it’s mouth out.”
