So in pretty much any area in the world with a large enough expanse of water to host wave propagation you will find surfers…I kind of knew there were Polish surfers, but I have never seen it. Then this video turned up. It is shot in the Baltic at Władysławowo and Jastrzębia Góra where the water is about 4-5 celsius and air temperatures run between 0-5 degrees. Northerly winds bring the best swell, they come from he north which has a 45% of it’s surface area covered in ice ever year…Yeah… It’s cold. Local surfers travel between 80 500km to surf there Pretty hardcore I think you will agree.
