They are recruiting customer-serviced focussed surfers who can attend their annual training and assessment camp in the Maldives this June, July or August. Some of the necessary personal criteria include extensive surf coaching experience, physical strength and fitness incorporating an ability to complete life-guarding qualifications and handle oneself in larger surf. Outstanding inter-personal and communication skills, self starting capabilities, humbleness, business acumen, skill and passion across a diverse range of surfing pursuits. A proven ability to work away from home for extended periods and a passion to serve others and share knowledge and the love of surfing.”
