The GoPro is the most popular camera in the world. As evidenced by the best of the web compilation for 2014 (currently north of 5 mill views posted at bottom of this post) which features footage from the pint sized wonder in a myriad of situations. But the guys that made the GoPro are surfers and that was the original inspiration for it.
So it’s fitting that surfing still delivers some of the most jaw dropping moments. Here’s a brace from Jamie O’Brien with the tortuous “job” of surfing out front of his house on the North Shore.
