Our new wetsuits now have an easier entry and increased stretch. A high-performance, neoprene-free hooded wetsuit made of warm and stretchy 85% YulexT natural rubber/15% synthetic rubber. This reduces CO2 emissions by up to 80% compared to conventional, nonrenewable limestone or petro-chemical neoprene. Patagonia uses sustainable natural rubber that is Forest Stewardship Council® certified by the Rainforest Alliance. The only Fair Trade CertifiedT sewn suits.

Using sustainable Yulex naturel rubber reduces CO2 emissions by up to 80% compared to traditional non-renewable limestone or petro-chemical neoprene.
The suit is also is Fair Trade CertifiedT sewn. As standard, we use Solution-Dyed Recycled Polyester Lining and Water-Based Glue.

The only Fair Trade CertifiedT suits, they’re high performance, neoprene free made with 85% Yulex® natural rubber/15% synthetic rubber by polymer content; natural rubber is FSC® certified by the Rainforest Alliance. Using sustainable Yulex naturel rubber reduces CO2 emissions by up to 80% compared to traditional non-renewable limestone or petro-chemical neoprene. As standard, we use Solution-Dyed Recycled Polyester Lining and Water-Based Glue.
