Angry Cape Solander

Angry Cape Solander

When this finally surfaced, it left viewers in disbelief. Bits and pieces of the session had already been seen through the individual riders, but witnessing the entire day unfold from start to finish is something else entirely. Legendary drone pilot Shaun Petersen had been quietly sitting on this footage for almost a year… and boy was it worth the wait. Watch as Australia’s biggest chargers take on one of the world’s heaviest waves on an absolute MAXING day. Only the bravest — or maddest — need apply.

A Week Between Storms

A Week Between Storms

January has been a rough one for waves. Finding the right windows hasn’t been easy, and solid swell has been hard to come by.

Earlier in the month, though, my mate Joel and I scored a great window and made the most of it — long, cold days in the water, surfing until we couldn’t feel our toes.

Those moments were beautifully captured by Kai Muir, Malcolm Anderson, and Luke Gartside.

Enjoy.

Prince Hazza, and the Bazza

Prince Hazza, and the Bazza

Prince Harry carving across the glassy face of a perfectly engineered wave at Kelly Slater’s Surf Ranch — a collision of modern royalty and an exclusive, frankly expensive, wave pool.

Probably not on most people’s bingo card for 2026, but the Duke of Sussex is no stranger to Kelly’s playground. He joins a long list of celebrities with deep pockets lucky enough to spend time at the Ranch.

All under the guidance of Raimana van Bastolaer, who has reached legendary status not only for his surfing, but for his surf coaching. Check him out on the ’gram, and in his own words: “Cannot stop you, my brother, from having a good time.”

Ley Lines / Asher Pacey

Ley Lines / Asher Pacey

Asher Pacey’s surfing is defined by flow rather than force. Every turn is unhurried, every line intentional, drawing speed from the wave instead of overpowering it. On twin fins and alternative boards, he opens faces with clean arcs and effortless trim, showing how style, timing, and wave knowledge are everything. I know, it’s sickening isn’t it, hit play to watch him full flow.

Easy with the Chile

Easy with the Chile

Somewhere in a remote corner of southern Chile, when the sandbank is in place and the ocean finds its order, perfection appears.

Clean, cold, silent barrels.

Secret perfection with Cristian Merello.

Super Sessions, Ireland

Super Sessions, Ireland

A single surf super session went down recently—one of those days that just kept pumping for hours on end. It was an unreal session for Gearoid Mcdaid, sharing waves with some of his friends in the water.
