Sad news about the passing of Larry Bertlemann, one of surfing’s true originals. Larry brought a style, flow and creativity to surfing that was way ahead of its time. His influence went beyond the waves, helping shape skateboarding and inspiring generations of surfers and skaters to think differently about what was possible. He wasn’t just a great surfer; he was one of those rare characters who helped change the direction of both sports. A true pioneer who leaves an incredible legacy behind. Rest in peace, Larry. Thanks for the inspiration, we'll be throwing a Bert slide in your honour. Our thoughts go out to his friends and family.
