The English Para Surfing Open will return to the iconic waves of Fistral Beach, Newquay, this Saturday 11 July 2026, bringing together para surfers from across the UK and beyond for a full day of high-level competition, community and great surf.
The event will feature all nine official International Surfing Association (ISA) Para Surfing divisions, providing competitors with opportunities to compete under internationally recognised standards.
Also returning are four Open divisions for UK-based surfers who do not yet hold an ISA classification. These divisions are designed to help grow the para surfing pathway by offering a supportive, welcoming and enjoyable introduction to competitive surfing.
Set against one of the UK's most renowned surfing beaches, the 2026 English Para Surfing Open promises another memorable celebration of inclusive surfing and sporting excellence.
The event will be welcoming athletes from the UK and around the world to compete at the Para Open, including France, Portugal and as far afield as Saudi Arabia!
