LS/FF has just dropped the line up for the 14th Annual London Surf / Film Festival x Finisterre hosted 6-8 November 2025 at the iconic Riverside Studios, and it’s an epic celebration of the very best of international and home grown surf culture.
Bringing to the UK finest selection of surf movie premieres from across the globe - seeking out big waves and big adventures in the furthest frigid fringes, overcoming the odds and examining our relationship with the world around us, meeting underground icons that embody the spirit of our culture and finding new waves in the most unexpected places - it’s about serving up fresh perspectives, new line-ups and the very pinnacle of UK contemporary creativity in the here and now.
Accompanied by Q+A’s and ‘Audiences with…’ some of the world’s most relevant and exciting surf creatives like surf explorer Joaquin Azulay, adventurer Kepa Acero, surfer and activist Lucy Small and stylist Mike Lay plus a raft of game changing filmmakers including multi award winning Maddie Meddings, plus Karen Song, Seth Hughes, Jonathan Stromberg, Dörthe Eickelberg and Rodrigo Valsamis as well as a special live podcast hosted by cultural commentator Looking Sideways’ Matt Barr, good times and more… you’re not going to want to miss this!

UK PREMIERE: Antarctica – Domain One
From multi award-winning filmmakers and renowned adventurers the Gauchos del Mar and narrated by Kelley Slater, this much anticipated documentary sees the brothers set out on the most challenging sailing and surfing expedition yet. Charting the under-threat, hazardous and frigid waters of Antarctica searching for waves and looking into vital research on krill, fish, glaciers it is an eye opening exploration of our impact of the wildest reaches of our natural world.
UK PREMIERE: Kingdom of the Evening
In 2010, young adventurer Kepa Acero, travelling alone in search of empty waves, met a 15-year-old grom named Yassine. Though they barely spoke the same language, they shared waves, tagines and an unspoken connection. Fifteen years later, Kepa and Yassine – now known as Snoopy, and a local legend in Taghazout -will meet again for the first time. But life has changed—just like Morocco. They embark on a journey to find what once was—empty line-ups, pure stoke, and that elusive feeling of freedom. But does the dream they’re chasing still exist?
