The third edition of the Quiksilver Festival concluded this afternoon in front of a large crowd who came to watch some of the world’s best surfers under the Landes sun. The final day of competition began this morning on Boiteux Beach in Hossegor with the event’s final two sessions. This morning, with the theme “Best Combo,” competitors had to perform as many maneuvers as possible on a single wave, prioritizing quality over quantity.
The conditions were ideal: a beautiful swell from Tropical Depression Gabrielle, providing perfect long waves and a windless lineup, resulting in brilliant, flawless waves.
The afternoon was dedicated to the theme “Biggest Turn” to conclude the event in style. The surfers had to perform the best maneuver possible on a wave, offering the audience the most spectacular waves of the competition.
After five days of competition, the duo of Zeke Lau (Haw) and Leonardo Fioravanti (Italy) won the third edition of the Quiksilver Festival.
The festival was a great success again with pumping surf and Kai Lenny, Jérémy Florès, Olympic gold medalist Kauli Vaast, WSL 2025 rookie Marco Mignot, Teahupo’o queen Vahiné Fierro, and Australian sensation Hughie Vaughan surfing six rounds in different formats, each set daily, in teams of two.
The Quiksilver Festival organised live concerts and side events throughout the week, including trash collection, surf workshops, skate contests, film screenings, and more.
With a crowd of surf, skate, and music fans from all over Europe attending these 10 days of celebration, Jérémy Florès and Quiksilver delivered another amazing event.
