The iconic wave of La Nord delivered an exceptional surfing show on Monday, February 3, 2025, for the 12th edition of the Rip Curl Challenge La Nord.
Competitors faced off in ideal conditions, with spectacular waves and bright sunshine, drawing a large crowd to the Landes spot.
On standby since November 1, 2024, the Rip Curl Challenge La Nord was only launched once the perfect conditions aligned: waves of at least 3 to 4 meters, ensuring a high level of commitment and technical prowess from the participants.
The big winner of this edition is local surfer Kyllian Guerin, joined on the podium by Pierre Rollet and Gabriel Bachelet. In the Stand Up Paddle category, victory went to Gabriel Bachelet.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to the Comité des Landes de Surf, the event organizer, as well as the Hossegor Surf Club for their hospitality and valuable contribution to the success of this competition.
See you next year for another edition of the Rip Curl Challenge La Nord!
