A dramatic day of surfing and rescues in Cornwall. Beginner surfers get sucked out and pushed into the dangerous rocks at Fistral Beach. Lifeguards and surfers race to the rescue, and thankfully no one was hurt. Knowledge is power people, understand rips and your capabilities, anyone can get caught out depending on the conditions. I had a good skint getting pummelled into the rocks in Morocco, it’s no fun whatever your abilities.
