Boardmasters is done and dusted for another year. The weather was in turns glorious and challenging but there was surf every day and the music went off … big style. So many glowing reports of epic nights had up at Watergate. The Chemical Brothers blew minds, Catfish and the Bottlemen nailed it and George Ezra was the perfect sign off. There were too many other highlights to mention. Congrats to Juliette, Aping, Edouard and Andy the winners of the Ugg Longboarding and Quik/Roxy shortboard WSL comps. Good showing from the local crew as well with Jay Quinn, Luke Dillon, Ellie Turner and Emily Currie making the sharp end. Ben Skinner narrowly missed out on the win and the European tour title in a tense final … next year Skindog!
