The Allianz Perfect Chapter powered by Billabong organizationran last Tuesday at Carcavelos Beach (Cascais, Portugal). Brazilian surfer Bruno Santos took the win in epic conditions defeating local surfers Nic von Rupp, Tiago Pires and Ruben Gonzalez in the final.
