Come and join us for a special evening celebrating Carve and our surf community with panel discussions, film screenings and epic prizes.

Join us on Wednesday 1st July for a special evening celebrating the launch of the latest edition of Carve Magazine and our surf community that inspires it. Hosted by Carve editor Joel Gray, the night will feature inspiring panel discussions, film screenings and plenty of stories from the heart of British surfing.
Here's a taste of what's in store:

Surfers Not Street Children
Panel discussion with Brad Rochfort and his involvement with Surfers Not Street Children plus Barnaby Cox who worked as a volunteer with the crew.

Past and Present Newquay Groms
Carve chats to the groms of yesteryear and today’s standouts to find out more about how surfing has changed over the decades.

Britain’s Boom Years
Alex Williams is one of the UK’s foremost vintage surfboard collectors. We chat all things retro with Alex.

Different Strokes
Featuring Callum Thomas (a steelworker from Wales) and Mike Lay (Sennen longboarder on a biking mission) these two surfers come from different environments but their love for surfing is the same.

Plus a few extras…
• Complimentary cocktails from Twin Fin Rum, plus non-alcoholic options from Goodrays
• New copies of the latest Carve magazine
• A fundraising raffle supporting Man Down, with some epic prizes up for grabs
• Delicious street food available throughout the evening
• All hosted at the amazing Project Eighty Three

Whether you're heading in with your crew or coming alone, everyone's welcome.
Come and be part of a night celebrating surf, film, community, and the culture that connects us all.
See you there.
