Skeleton Bay isn’t named so well, it’s more the Skeleton Coast. In some circles it’s also known as the Donkey or Donkey Bay. Whatever you call the freak collision of sand and ocean that’s rewritten the book of POV footage it delivered some epic waves mid-April 2016.
A host of regulars that jet in when the charts light up and a few new faces scored. Among them: Alex Smith,Benji Brand, Bianca Buitendag, Jonathan Gubbins, Jordy Maree, Kepa Acero, Natxo Gonzales, Matt Bromley and many more tamed the Donkey and were rewarded with some of the best waves in their lifetime.
